About the chef*

After having finished his schooling in Doon valley, Vikram moved to Delhi to do Hotel Management for three years from the prestigious (IHM Pusa) he then worked for another two years in Delhi at Hyatt. Vikram then moved to the Middle East after a small stint of 2.5 years he joined cruise line and worked with then for 11 years. Vikram then moved back to Delhi and opened his own Mughlai Cuisine restaurant. Vikram moved to Melbourne in 2015. Vikram always missed the essence of the authentic Indian food served from Kitchen in North India. It has always been his passion to prepare and serve original dishes that instigate nostalgia in people for the dishes in Indian cuisine which they had back home.
